Our names are Greg Butler and Brian Rhodes. We have been full-time real estate investors in the Richmond, Virginia area now for over 4 years. Our mission is to provide incredible value to investors by identifying, negotiating, and securing the purchase of investment properties.
Because we started out rehabbing houses we know how difficult it can be to find great deals. So we set out to make it our main focus to just find great deals. Now all you have to do is rehab or rent the houses after you buy them from us. We do the work so you don't have to.
